STEPS, formerly Wayne County Alcoholism Services, is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of substance abuse.
We have been in existence since 1974 and are the largest such organization in Wayne and Holmes counties. Our agency provides a full continuum of care for substance abusers and their families.
