WHO WE ARE
STEPS at Liberty Center, Inc., is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of substance abuse. We have been in existence since 1974 and are the largest such organization in Wayne and Holmes counties. Our agency provides a full continuum of care for substance abusers and their families.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of STEPS is to prevent and treat chemical dependency and abuse through education and treatment program, for families and individuals, which meet community needs.
